WSBA Board of Governors 2012 Election Results

2013–2014 President:

The Board of Governors elected Patrick Palace as the 2013–2014 president at their meeting on June 8, 2012. 

Board of Governors Elections (Districts 1, 4, 5, and 7-West*):

The governors-elect will take office at the close of the September Board Meeting on September 20, 2012, and will hold office for a term of three years until September 2015.

• Congratulations to Paul Bastine in the 5th District.
• Congratulations to Barb Rhoads-Weaver in the 7th-West District.
• Congratulations to Jerry Moberg in the 4th District. 

At-Large (WYLD) Position**:

The Board of Governors elected Robin Haynes as the at-large governor at their meeting on June 8, 2012.

*The 7th Congressional District is divided into three sub-districts: East, Central, and West. These sub-districts are distinguished by zip codes, and each has one elected governor. For the coming year, a governor from the West sub-district (zip codes 98013, 98070, 98106, 98107, 98116, 98117, 98119, 98126, 98133,98136, 98146, 98160, 98166, 98177, 98195, AND 98199) will be elected.

**The Board of Governors shall select one at-large governor from nominations made by the Young Lawyers Division Board of Trustees. The Young Lawyers Division Board of Trustees shall nominate two or more candidates who will be members of the YLD at the time of the election. The at-large governor will be elected by the Board of Governors at its June meeting.
