Join Professor Boerner as he helps practitioners navigate critical ethical issues that arise when engaging in the international practice of law. Professor Boerner will address how to
- Identify a potential issue
- The ethical issue as it pertains to the matter
- The necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Prof. Boerner shall also address the ethical pitfalls and issues as they pertain to attorneys entering into a business transaction with clients.
