"Selected Topics in Consumer Protection Law: Practical Pointers and Hot New Topics"

Co-sponsored by the WSBA Antitrust, Consumer Protection & Unfair Business Practices Section

This special seminar is for attorneys and advocates whose clients are consumers. If your clients have debts, are struggling under heavy student loans, are involved with a jury trial, or have come to you for a remedy, this seminar is for you. Attorneys in real property, bankruptcy, creditor, debtor and elder law will benefit from this seminar.

The laws surrounding consumer protection develop with every legislative session and case. Stay up-to-date in consumer protection cases on both the state and federal level and learn what's coming up in 2014. You'll also learn how to focus the jury on the importance of consumer protections, as well as clearly consider the ethical issues when you need to withdraw from a case.
