ESI Discovery Rule ChangesThe Washington State Bar Association Rules Committee is considering recommendations of its ESI subcommittee regarding changes to the Civil Rules for Superior Court to address discovery of Electronic Stored Information (ESI). The Litigation Section strives to be the voice of civil litigators practicing in this state. The Section is involved in a wide range of activities of interest to those who handle civil matters in superior or federal court.
