Application Filing Deadlines:

Applications accepted beginning: October 1, 2009 (for the winter exam)

Attorney Applicants: (admitted in another jurisdiction)

            Received by October 26, 2009

 

General Applicants:

            Received by October 26, 2009

 

Repeat Applicants:

            Received by October 26, 2009

Applicants who have taken, but do not pass, the July 2009 exam will be given an extended application period with no late filing fee. Their filing deadline will be stated in their results letter mailed on October 16, 2009.

 

Late Filing Applicants

            Received by November 25, 2009 ($300 late filing fee is required)

Summer Examination 2010

Exam Dates:

Substantive: July 27–28,  2010

Applicants who have taken, but do not pass, the February 2010 exam will be given an extended application period with no late filing fee. Their filing deadline will be stated in their results letter mailed to them on April 30, 2010.

ExamSoft Laptop Computer Registration:

ExamSoft Laptop Computer Registration:

To use a laptop, you must register separately for each administration of the examination, both with the WSBA and directly with Examsoft using your WSBA applicant ID number mailed to you on your acknowledgement letter. The $134.50 fee is paid to ExamSoft. To register and download the program, click here.

SofTest must be downloaded onto your computer in advance of the examination. You must register with ExamSoft during the registration period listed in the schedule using your WSBA applicant ID number.
You must complete their registration process within the stated deadlines. Please pay the fee directly to ExamSoft at the time of registration. To register and download the program, click here.

The cost to download Softest from Examsoft is now $134.50, which is paid directly to Examsoft.
