family with young childrenThe Family Law Section is the only statewide organization of family law attorneys, and is one of the most active sections in the State Bar. The Section is devoted to improving the profession and practice of family law, to the benefit of its members and other family law professionals, the judiciary, and the general public. Many sections provide a list serve as a member benefit. List serves provide a forum to learn about upcoming events, share information, and communicate with other members of the section. In most cases, you will be automatically subscribed to your section’s list serve soon after you join the section.
