  • Sept. 21: WSBA Litigation Section Annual Meeting and CLE "Effective Tools for the 21st Century Litigator." Approved for 1 Ethics and 5 Law & Legal Procedure CLE credits. 
  • May 13: WSBA Litigation Section Executive Committee dinner with the Washington Supreme Court

2015

  • Aug. 7: "Winning with Discovery: Civil Litigation" Approved for 5 general and 1 ethics CLE credits for Washington attorneys.
  • April 30: Social gathering at the University of Washington Law School. Weather permitting, the event will be hosted outside on the foyer; otherwise, the event will be in room 115.

2014

  • Aug. 8: "The Convincing Litigator: Persuasive Techniques to Influence Case Outcomes." Approved for 6 CLE credits (5 general, 1 ethics).

2013

  • Dec. 11: "Insurance Law: The Litigation Process." Approved for 5 general CLE credits and 1 CLE ethics credit.
  • Aug. 23: "Tips and Strategies for Effective Pre-Trial Practice" Approved for 5.25 general CLE credits and 1 ethics credit.
  • May 21: "Locating and Working With Witnesses."  Brown bag – no CLE credit.

2012

  • Aug. 24: "Let Me Tell You a Story – The Do's and Don'ts of Successful Litigation." Approved for 5.25 general CLE credits and 1 ethics credit.

2011

  • Aug. 26: "The Frame of a Trial: Building on a Fact Pattern." Approved for 6.25 general CLE credits.
  • March 15: "Getting Paid: Collecting Fees and Costs in Litigation." Approved for 1 ethics credit.

2010

  • Nov. 16: "Getting Paid – Part 1: Developing an Effective Ethical Fee Agreement." Approved for 1 ethics credit.
  • Aug. 27: CLE – "Anatomy of a Trial." Approved for 6.5 general CLE credits.
