Matthew Turetsky, Schwabbe Williamson & Wyatt. Matt has been a commercial litigator for almost 20 years. Matt's practice focuses on cases involving complex business disputes, lender liability, consumer protection and consumer product liability, and class actions. He has tried cases to verdict in the Superior Courts of Washington and Federal Court—jury and bench trials—and arbitrations.
Cheryl Farrish, Certa Law Group. Cheryl works for a personal injury law firm downtown. She handles a wide range of injury cases, from automobile accidents to complex construction injury cases. She represents clients at trial and arbitration across Western Washington.
Jason Amala, Pfau Cochran Vertetis Amala. Jason’s clients and cases span a diverse range, from pro bono representation of elderly tenants, to representing employees and consumers injured by defective products, to numerous multi-million dollar settlements for victims of childhood sexual abuse. Jason primarily practices in state and federal trial court.
Panel Moderator: Will Dixon, Dixon Law Firm. Will is a seasoned personal injury attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience successfully representing clients in numerous multi-million dollar cases in Washington and federal courts. He focuses his practice on serious personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile and truck accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, employment discrimination and products liability cases.
