APR 8(d) Exception for Educational Purposes
You may use this limited license if you are a lawyer licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and a postgraduate student or faculty member in good standing at a law school in Washington state and want to act as a supervising lawyer for APR 9 legal interns.
Please read APR 8(d) for all the limitations and responsibilities.
How to Apply for the Educational Purposes License
Complete the Application for APR 8(d) and file it with the WSBA.
You must also submit an investigation fee directly to the National Conference of Bar Examiners, using the NCBE Payment Form.
