APR 8(g) Exception for Military Lawyers

You may use this limited license if you are a military lawyer licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and on active duty in Washington to represent military personnel in non-criminal matters in Washington courts.

Complete the Application for APR 8(g) and file it with the WSBA.
