License Renewal Information
The License Renewal and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Certification (C2) forms (for members who are due to report) must be completed by February 3, 2014. MCLE credits must be completed (if applicable) by December 31, 2013.
Each portion of the renewal may be completed online or using the paper form.
APR 13 requires you to maintain updated contact information, including an email address (Amended APR 13(c)). Please review your contact information for accuracy. Make changes, and review your contact restriction options: (a) online; or (2) by contacting the WSBA Service Center. Do not make changes on the renewal form.
There is no need to take any action unless you would like to make a membership change. If you would like to make a membership change, follow the procedures indicated.
WSBA members are divided into three MCLE reporting groups based upon year of admission. Your MCLE Reporting Status will be indicated on the License Renewal Form.
You may report your hours of pro bono publico service as defined in RPC 6.1. Learn about pro bono service opportunities.

Active Attorney members are not required to have professional liability insurance coverage. However, they are required by APR 26 to report to the Washington State Bar Association, on a yearly basis, whether they have coverage. Failure to comply with the disclosure requirement will result in administrative suspension from practice.
Rule 15.5 of the Rules for Enforcement of Lawyer Conduct requires each Active lawyer to file a Trust Account Declaration by the date specified annually. Failure to file annual trust account information will result in administrative suspension from practice (Amended APR 17).
Join or renew your Section membership. As the Section membership year is October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2014, we encourage you to join or renew sections in October to receive the full benefit of the membership.
