MCLE Forms for Members

Paper Form 1

Lawyers may download a paper Form 1 application to earn credit for courses not already approved for Washington MCLE credit.

Note: The best way to submit a Form 1 application is through the online MCLE system by following the steps below. The approval process for online Form 1s is significantly shorter than for paper Form 1s.

  • Go to the "mywsba" website at www.mywsba.org. You must have a valid e-mail address on file with the WSBA to be able to log in.
  • Click “Login” in the top right corner of the screen, and log in.
  • Click on the “MCLE” link on the left side on your My Profile page.
  • Click on "Add Activity."
  • Do a search to see if the activity has already been approved. (See search suggestions on the screen.)
  • If the course has already been approved, you can click on the course hyperlink to add it to your roster.
  • If you do not find a Form 1 for the approved course, click on the link at the bottom of the screen for the type of Form 1 activity you want to submit (Live, A/V, etc.) and fill it out.
  • Check back in periodically to your MCLE home page. If any more information is needed, the activity will be flagged as "Incomplete" and will contain instructions on what added information to include.

Note: Form 1 applications must include a detailed agenda of the activity, including the start and end times for each session and each break. A complete description of the content of each session is also required. Without a detailed agenda, no credit can be granted.
