Member Online MCLE FAQs
The MCLE online system was developed to provide you with a convenient method for tracking your MCLE compliance. You can also edit and update your online roster anytime if the information is incomplete or incorrect.
If you have any questions about using the MCLE system, online help is available. You can also contact the WSBA Service Center at 800-945-WSBA (9722), 206-443-WSBA (9722), or email@example.com.
Accessing Your MCLE Records Online
Note: You must have a valid e-mail address on file with the WSBA to be able to log in to access your MCLE records.
If a course that you attended is not listed in your roster, if you are applying for credit, or if you want to verify that a course has been approved, click the Add Activity button to search the database.
If you know the Activity ID number of the course, follow the procedures below.
If you do not know the Activity ID number, the "Add Approved Activities" page enables you to search for a specific course using key dates and words. Suggested search strategies are below. If the course you are searching for is not listed, either alter your search query, or click the appropriate Form 1.
While viewing your roster, click on the "Edit/Delete" link to the right of an activity.
Note: You cannot edit or delete any activities on your roster once you have certified compliance for a reporting period. Contact the WSBA Service Center at 206-443-WSBA (9722), 800-945-WSBA (9722), or firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make any changes after you have certified compliance.
You may need to alter the credits earned for a course listed in your roster if you arrived late, left early, or needed to attend to a non-CLE course matter during the course.
If you have searched the online MCLE database to find the course you attended in order to add it to your online roster and cannot find it, do the following:
If the course you submitted is approved, the credits will be automatically added to your online roster. If we require additional information, a red "Incomplete Activities" link at the top of your MCLE Home Page will allow you to view your incomplete activities.
You are not in compliance with the MCLE reporting requirements until you have submitted your CLE Certification (C2) form and paid any late fees due.
Even if your online MCLE roster shows that you have met the reporting period credit requirements, you must certify that the activities in the roster are an accurate listing of the credits earned for compliance.
The C2 form is required by the Washington State Supreme Court (APR 11.6(b)). It must be submitted online (from your mywsba.org profile page) or postmarked or delivered to the WSBA by February 1 in the year following the end of your reporting period. See here for more information.
If this is your Reporting Period, and if you have met the reporting credit requirements:
On your Licensing Renewal and MCLE Certification (C2) Page
If you are certifying via comity you cannot certify online. Submit your Comity Certificate of MCLE Compliance form with a paper C2 form.
