APR 11.6(a)(1) requires that the sponsor of each approved live program (or each live program for which approval is sought) must make available to each lawyer an MCLE Board attendance certification form. This form is to be completed by WSBA lawyers taking the course to show the actual time spent by each lawyer in active attendance. From these reports the sponsor will be able to report to the MCLE Board the correct attendance credit for each lawyer.
APR 11.6(a)(1) requires that sponsors send an attendance report, consisting of a compilation of the information contained in the attendance certification forms, to the MCLE Board not later than 30 days after conclusion of the program. A late fee of $35 is assessed for late attendance reports.
Sponsors must report course attendance using the same medium (online or paper) that was used for submitting the Form 1.
If the Form 1 was submitted online to the MCLE system, then the attendance report must also be submitted online.
If the Form 1 was submitted by paper, then the attendance report must be submitted by paper. Mail or deliver the attendance list and reporting fee to:

Sponsors may use the Fee Calculation Worksheet when applying for accreditation and/or reporting attendance to help calculate the fees associated with these submissions. This form must be used only by sponsors who are unable to use the online MCLE system, or who submitted a paper Form 1 for approval (and who are not an Accredited Sponsor).
