Article Submission Guidelines

Articles are accepted from WSBA members and nonmembers on topics of interest to WSBA members. Articles should not have been submitted to any other publications. Articles generally run 1,500 to 3,500 words and can be submitted as an attached Word document by email to barnewsarticles@wsba.org.

Articles become the property of WSBA and the editor reserves the right to edit articles as deemed appropriate. Please format citations as endnotes. Please include a brief author's bio and contact information at the end of the article. The editor may work with the writer, but no additional proofs of articles will be provided. Generally, six weeks' lead time is needed in order for an article to be published in the next issue of NWLawyer, although the editor reserves the right to make the decision when and if to publish an article.
