Welcome to Casemaker, a powerful online research library provided free to Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) members.
Since September of 2005, the WSBA has been pleased to offer Casemaker, a powerful onlineresearch library provided at no additional charge to WSBA members. Casemaker provides free access to case law, statutes, and other materials from all 50 states. Plus, it has a large federal data set that includes Supreme Court Opinions, Circuit and District Court Opinions. Casemaker continues to update and refine search logic with a new interface soon to be released with Google-like search characteristics.
