The Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) is available to all WSBA members. We offer low-cost and confidential professional assistance with office administration. It is especially recommended for solo and small firm practitioners. LOMAP is a law firm's business advisor.

Meet the LOMAP Team

Pete Roberts

I'm Pete Roberts. While I have an MBA from The College of William and Mary and a Certificate as a small business webmaster from the University of Washington, it is the 18 years of experience in management with law firms and the 12 years here at the WSBA learning from over 650 consultations with Washington practitioners, that really enables me to assist you with your practice. I am not a cookie-cutter bag of "dos and don'ts." I listen to who you are and discern your particular needs. Think of me as a "caterer" who lays out a "buffet" of concepts, ideas, tools, and resources from which to choose what methods are best for your practice. I ask only that you have an open mind. My goal is your success and prosperity. Over half of the questions we receive concern technology. I enjoy law office technology but I am not a "geek." I do not speak to you in acronyms! We can also assist with practice development, staffing concerns, reaching financial goals, office space choices, and, of course, you! Manage stress and keep a healthy work/life balance and you will be not only a happier lawyer but also a better lawyer.

Julie Salmon

Assisting me is Julie Salmon, our LOMAP coordinator. We look forward to helping you!
