Work+Wellness Series

The Lawyers Assistance Program provides Work + Wellness webcasts each month that alternate between topics on career management and wellness. Typically on the third Wednesday of the month from 12–1:30 p.m., participants can learn about the breadth of wellness topics such as addiction and recovery in the legal community, mindfulness-based stress reduction, work/life integration, and indicators and interventions to prevent suicide. Career management topics span networking strategies, interview approaches, and self-assessment tools; and transitioning into or out of a law practice.

Each Work+Wellness webcast lasts 90 minutes and is available to attend in-person at the WSBA Conference Center in Seattle or from anywhere via webcast. Wellness-related topics are either confirmed or pending 1.5 CLE credits; please check for status. Registration is required for all webcasts.
