Loislaw.com introduces LOIS Federal District Court Opinions. Now Loislaw.com users can access, via the Internet, a library of case opinions obtained from selected US District Courts throughout the country.
Federal District Court Opinions for selected jurisdictions include the following:
- Selected historical Case Opinions databases from 1932 to present. These databases include Federal District Court cases cited by one of the US Circuit Courts, the US Supreme Court, or one of the states' appellate courts in a final decision.
