ESSB 5158 Modifying the uniform health care information act. Keiser   The language of HB 1053/SB 5054, a Patient Authorization bill from the RPPT Section, was incorporated into Section 3 of ESSB 5158.  We support Section 3 of 5158 and take no positon on the rest of the bill. Chapter 468, Laws of 2005.  Effective date 7/24/05. Incorporates 1053/5054 language in this Hospital Association bill.
