Thursday, April 24, 2008 - co-sponsored by the Animal Law Section,"the Sixth Annual Animal Law Conference." This all encompassing program will provide you with insightful information about animal cruelty issues, legislative and judicial updates, and the nuts and bolts of an animal law practice.Learn more about the intersection of animal cruelty and domestic violence, ethical and moral dilemmas when representing victims of animal cruelty and domestic violence, criminal prosecution of animal cruelty cases, pet trusts, ADA and the landlord tenant relationship, seeking bankruptcy relief on matters relating to animals, zoning for animal related businesses, and Replevin.
