Friday, October 10, 2008 - Distinguished attorneys Nicole Weston and Adam Karp will review animal law cases and statutes and will discuss the challenges that prosecutors face when prosecuting these types of cases, the prosecution of dog fighting rings as well as the recent published decision of first impression, Sherman v. Kissinger, decided Sept. 29, 2008, and its impact on litigating veterinary medical malpractice cases in Washington. Credits: 1.5 general CLE credits.
