Character and Fitness Board

The Character and Fitness Board (APR 20) deals with matters of character and fitness bearing upon qualifications of applicants for admission to practice law in the state of Washington. Upon referral from the Executive Director, it investigates matters relevant to the admission of any applicant, conducts hearings, makes recommendations to the Board of Governors, and also considers petitions for reinstatement after disbarment.
