The Creditor-Debtor Section is pleased to announce the publication of a 2003 and 2004 Case Law Supplement to Volume I of the Third Edition of the Bankruptcy Case Law Digest for Washington State.  This updated resource consists of a two-volume set of printed materials with a searchable CD.  The Third Edition of Volume I of the Digest contains the bankruptcy cases dating from 1996 through 2002, and the supplement to Volume I contains 2003 and 2004 bankruptcy cases. Bankruptcy cases included are from the U.S. Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit BAP, 9th Circuit District Courts, and the Washington Bankruptcy Courts. Volume I also contains a linked topical index and case list. Volume II includes the Bankruptcy Code and federal and local rules of procedure. 

Price for the set of two volumes with 2003 and 2004 Case Law Supplement, plus companion searchable CD is $125, with a discount price of $95 for members of the WSBA Creditor-Debtor Section and the Idaho Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section.  Price for the 2003 and 2004 Case Law Supplement only is $40, with a discount price of $25 for members of the WSBA Creditor-Debtor Section and the Idaho Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section.
