Who can join?

Active WSBA Members.  Any active member of the WSBA may join the section as a member at any time.

Subscribers.  Inactive WSBA members and non-members of the WSBA, including law students, are welcome to join and participate as "subscribers."  Subscribers receive the newsletters but do not have voting status.

What is the cost?

With the exception of law students, dues for WSBA members and subscribers (non-attorneys) are $25 per year. Law student dues to join any section are $8.00 per year.

What's the timing of membership?

Section membership coincides with the WSBA and Section fiscal year:  October 1 through September 30.  Current Section members and subscribers receive a renewal invoice for each new year in September.  You may also join the Section at any time during the year.

Once you have paid your membership or subscription dues, you will be added to the membership of the Section and will begin receiving our newsletter and other information about Section activities.
