REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE FOR EVALUATION OF THE RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT (ETHICS 2003) TO THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS

The Report and Recommendation of the Ethics 2003 Committee was approved by the committee members in March 2004 and presented to the Board of Governors at its meeting in April. Committee Chair Ellen Dial and Reporter Douglas Ende will continue to present the Report to the Board at its May and June meetings, with final action expected at the July meeting.
