Friday, May 2, 2008 - co-sponsored by the Indian Law Section, "The 20th Annual Indian Law CLE." This full day program, featuring keyote speaker Justice Susan Owens, will cover topics of interest to attorneys whose practice involves Indian tribes and their members. Indian law experts will discuss current issues in tribal court practice relevant to a variety of areas such as criminal, employment, consumer and family law. This program will also include a litigation update and ethics discussion.

  • July 15, 2005 -  Emerging NW Tribal Economies Seminar. Approved by the Washington State Bar for 6.25 general CLE credits, the Oregon State Bar for 6.75 general CLE credits, the Alaska Bar Association for 6.25 general CLE credits, and the Idaho State Bar for 6.0 general CLE credits.
  • June 23-24, 2005 - ABA National Conference for the Minority Lawyer,  "Getting Commercial in Indian Country: Contractual and Litigation Considerations."
  • Friday, April 29, 2005 - 17th Annual WSBA Indian Law Section CLE. Approved for 5.75 General CLE credits and 1.0 Ethics credits.
