Dirk is legal advisor to private companies and their owners. He acts as outside general counsel for private companies in manufacturing, aerospace, computer game, brand and image management, distribution and other industries. He also acts as counsel on special projects involving corporate, trademark, and copyright protection and licensing, and real estate law. Mr. Bartram received his law degree and MBA from the University of Washington, with honors. He graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University. Mr. Bartram is a former Regular Army officer and recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal.

He serves as a pro tem Judge and Ex parte Commissioner. He is in his eleventh year as an elected Commissioner of the Northshore Utility District.
