Washington State Board of Continuing Legal Education (MCLE Board)

The MCLE Board approves courses and educational programs that satisfy the educational requirements of the mandatory CLE rule and considers MCLE policy issues, as well as reporting and exception situations. The Board meets six times a year.

Applying for CLE Credit

In order for a course to be approved for CLE credit, a WSBA member or course-sponsoring organization must fill out an Form 1 Application for Course Approval and include an agenda with a detailed time schedule.
