MCLE Form 1 Application

In order for a course to be approved for MCLE credit, a WSBA member or course-sponsoring organization must fill out a Form 1 Application for course approval and include an agenda with a detailed time schedule.

Notes

Netscape, Internet Explorer, and other web browsers act differently when they encounter a link to a downloadable file. Additionally, the various versions of each of the browsers also behave differently. For instance, Internet Explorer versions 4.0 and 5.0 will attempt to open a Word document in their own viewer. With older versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape, it is necessary to have Word or a Word Viewer installed in order to open Word documents.

These instructions should cover most cases.

  • Point your mouse at the file to be downloaded ("Download Form 1" and click on the button on the RIGHT side of your mouse.
  • A popup window will appear and offer you a choice. If you are using Internet Explorer, choose "Save Target As." If you are using Netscape, choose "Save Link As."
  • A "Save As" window will appear and offer you a choice of directories or folders in which to save your document. Be sure to note where you are saving your file; often files are lost in the wrong folder.
  • Choose "OK."
  • The document will start downloading. When the download is over, you may open the document with your regular word processing software, e.g., MS Word, Corel WordPerfect, etc.

You must have a word processor, such as Word or WordPerfect, to view word-processor documents. You can download the "Word Viewer"  program free of charge by clicking on this link: Get Word Viewer.
The Word Viewer software vendor is not affiliated with the WSBA.
