World Peace Through Law SectionThe World Peace Through Law Section focuses on international affairs and issues of war, peace, and law. A major benefit for members is the Section's stimulating monthly forum series featuring experts addressing a diversity of current world affairs topics (see Calendar). Forums begin at noon on the last Tuesday of the month at the WSBA offices. Due to space limitations, pre-registration is required.

Schmidt and Marcel Green will discuss the legal concept of American Exceptionalism. The focus of the presentation will be on three strands and new developments of the legal concept: double standards, exemptionalism, and denial of jurisprudence as they relate to the US.
