Help for WSBA Members

Our system was developed to provide you with a convenient method for tracking CLE attendance and paying your yearly license fees. Check your credits anytime; if the information in your online roster is incomplete or incorrect, you can edit and update your roster.

If you have any questions about using the MCLE system, online help is available.  You can also call the WSBA Service Center at 800-945-WSBA or 206-443-WSBA, or e-mail questions@wsba.org

How do I access the MCLE Tracking System and my member home page?

Go to http://pro.wsba.org/. Click on Member and then on Member Login.  Fill in your bar number and password.  (If this is your first time logging on, use your bar number as your password.  The Member Security Page will verify your identity by asking you to enter additional information.)

The MCLE Member Homepage currently consists of four separate areas: MCLE, Licensing, Profile and Help.  The navigation bars at the top and bottom of the page provide links for navigating through the site.  Click on the Help link for assistance.

Where can I find information regarding my MCLE reporting period and my credit roster?

On the Member Home Page, click either on View Current Reporting Period, or on the MCLE link in the navigation bar.  (Navigation bars are located at both the top and the bottom of the page.) The current reporting period page will open.  From the current reporting period, you may also click on a prior reporting period if available.

How do I add a course to my online roster?

If a course that you attended is not listed in your roster, if you are applying for credit, or if you want to verify that a course has been approved, click the Add Activity button to search the database.  The "Add Approved Activities" page enables you to search for a specific course using key words and dates.  For the most accurate results, fill in the month and year and the sponsor or location fields.  Click on the Search button to display a list of the courses that meet the entered criteria.  If the CLE you are searching for appears on the list, click on the course title to add the CLE to your roster.  To cancel adding a course, click the Cancel button. If the course you are searching for is not listed, either alter your search query, or click the appropriate Form 1 button to submit an application for approval.

How do I delete a course from my roster?

While viewing your roster, click on the Delete button that is located to the left of each course listed in your roster.

I attended the CLE but had to leave early. How do I edit the number of credits that I earned?

Click on the Edit button (located to the right of the course listed in your roster).  Enter the number of credits earned.  To cancel your edit, click the Cancel button.

The course I am searching for is not listed in the database. How do I submit a request for approval?

Click the Live Form 1 or AV Form 1 button located at the bottom of the search results list.  Complete the Form 1 application and click the Submit to WSBA button.  Your application will be placed in a queue and evaluated for credit.  The Activity Submission page will open and verify that your application has been submitted.

I submitted my Form 1 application - now what?

If the course is approved, the credits will be automatically added to your online roster. If we require additional information, a red link on your Member Home Page will allow you to View Your Incomplete Activities.  Click on the red link to open a list of your incomplete activities, and click on an activity title to return to its Form 1 application. In the lower right, "Comments from the WSBA Administration" will indicate what additional information we require in order to complete our accreditation review.

My online roster shows that I have completed the required number of CLE credits for my current reporting period. Am I now in Compliance?

You are not in compliance with the MCLE reporting requirements until you have submitted a signed and dated copy of your CLE Certification (C2/C3) form and paid any late fees.  You may submit a signed copy of your online roster attached to your signed and dated C2/C3 declaration.

How can I find a list of approved CLE courses offered on a day I have free to attend?

You can find approved live activities to attend from your MCLE online homepage that fit your schedule and are in a location that is convenient for you.  You can also find live webcasts and teleconferences in which to participate.

To use this feature, go to your MCLE online homepage.  (See the instructions at
http://www.wsba.org/lawyers/licensing/faq-mcle.htm to access your home page.)  (1) On your homepage there is a box in the center with a heading banner "MCLE".  Inside that box is a link that says "Search for approved upcoming CLE courses".  Click on this link. (2)  It will bring you to a "Search Approved Activities" box.  Fill in the city and state in which you would like to find a CLE course.  (3) At the bottom of the box there are date fields called "Start Between … And".  The dates default to the next 60 days.  You can change the date in each field to any other date.  To find a live web cast, input "Webcast" in the city field and change the state field to "Any."  To find a teleconference, input "Teleconference" in the city field and change the state field to "Any."  To find courses being given by a particular sponsor, type the sponsor's name in the "Sponsor" field.

How do I pay my yearly License Fee online?

From the Member Home Page, click on the Licensing link within the navigation bar at the top or bottom of the screen.  Click Next.  The License Fee Payment page asks for your credit card information. Click Submit.  A License Fee Receipt will be generated.  Please print this page as your receipt.
