The Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) is for all members of the WSBA. We offer low-cost and confidential professional assistance with office administration. It is especially recommended for solo and small firm practitioners. LOMAP is a law firm's business advisor!
Hi, I'm Pete Roberts. I have 18 years of experience in management with law firms on the East and West coasts. I have learned a lot from working side by side with lawyers, as well as learning from over 400 consultations with Washington practitioners, to enable me to assist you with your practice.
Assisting me is Julie Salmon, who is our LOMAP Coordinator. We look forward to assisting you!

Fee Agreements
The written fee agreement is one of the first documents that your client receives from your office. Be sure the agreement describes the fees, costs, and scope of representation as clearly as possible using a friendly tone and familiar language. Software Programs for Managing Your Practice
We recommend strongly that you consider using a software program that helps you manage the many details for each of your matters. The links further below take you to the respective vendor's website, where you can see screen shots and order a demo copy of the software. If you have Microsoft Outlook(R), attend a Hands-on Computer Clinic to learn how to maximize its features for your practice! The schedule is on the right sidebar.
