License Renewal Checklist - Using www.mywsba.org 

Online Renewal Will Open on October 15, 2009 

New Deadline: February 1, 2010

If you are in Active status, you must:

• Log in to www.mywsba.org
  • Fully complete the Professional Liability Insurance Disclosure
  • Fully complete the Trust Account Declaration
  • Pay the license fee and Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection Assessment
• If you are in MCLE Group 3 (admitted 1984 through 1990, or in 1993, 1996, 1999, 2002, or 2005), complete the C2/C3 CLE Declaration

If you are in Inactive status, you must:

• Log in to www.mywsba.org and pay the annual license fee
• If you want a free subscription to the Bar News, check the appropriate box during the online license renewal process

If you are in Emeritus status, you must:

• Log in to www.mywsba.org and pay the annual license fee
• Enter the name of the qualified legal services provider at which you are volunteering during the online license renewal process
• If you want a free subscription to the Bar News, check the appropriate box during the online license renewal process

If you are changing to Inactive status, you must:

• Log in to www.mywsba.org and check the box to change to Inactive status during the license renewal process
• Pay the Inactive license fee
• If you want a free subscription to the Bar News, check the appropriate box during the license renewal process

If you are changing status to Active, Resigned, Judicial, Emeritus or Honorary, you must:

• Review the Membership Status Changes webpage and follow the instructions on that page
