Court Forms Available on Internet

The Office of the Administrator for the Courts recently published the 1999 Felony Judgment and Sentence form and accompanying memoranda, which are now available to download from the Internet.

Also available are the CrR4.2(g), JuCR7.7 and CrRLJ 4.2(g) Guilty Plea Statement forms, with corrections memorandum, and the CrRLJ 4.2(I) Petition for Deferred Prosecution form.
