August 2000Washington Pattern Forms UpdatesThe week of June 8, 2000, the Washington Pattern Forms Committee and the Office of the Administrator for the Courts published updates to the domestic relations forms, the domestic violence forms, and the felony judgment and sentence forms. Unless otherwise specified, the forms became effective June 8, 2000. The Pattern Forms Committee also provisionally approved a revised set of garnishment forms for immediate use.
