Revised Rental Agreement Now Available

The King County Dispute Resolution Center has updated its popular Model Residential Rental Agreement. The agreement form has been revised extensively to reflect significant changes in City of Seattle landlord-tenant regulations. The cost is $7, and the form may be used throughout Washington. To purchase the model agreement, send a check to Dispute Resolution Center, Rental Agreement, PO Box 21148, Seattle, WA 98111. Proceeds from the sale of these agreements will be used to provide training to Center volunteers working on landlord-tenant disputes.
