Secretary of State Corporations Division to Move

The Corporations Division of the Office of the Secretary of State will move to the James M. Dolliver building in Olympia at the end of August. Because the exact date of the move has not been determined, beginning August 23 customers are urged to call the division at 360-753-7115 before visiting the office. The Corporation Division’s phone number and post office box will remain the same. The new street location will be 801 Capitol Way South, Olympia, WA 98504.
