Vacancy in the 6th Congressional District to Be Filled by BOG Appointment

Dale Carlisle’s selection as president-elect creates a vacancy on the Board for a governor from the 6th Congressional District (most of the peninsula except the islands). WSBA bylaws specify that the Board of Governors appoints a new representative when a vacancy is created.
