King County Superior Court Reinstates Arbitration

By general order of the Presiding Judge, King County Superior Court has reinstated the Arbitration Program. No new cases will be accepted after the Arbitration Program appropriation is exhausted or March 31, 2000, whichever occurs first. Cases proceeding on the arbitration track must have hearings completed by June 30, 2000 or they will be rerouted back to their regular civil case schedule. For more information, contact Paul L.
