New Medical Paralegal Program Created

A new medical paralegal certificate program, the first of its kind in the Northwest, has been created at Edmonds Community College to meet the need for professionals trained in both medicine and law.

Students with medical or nursing backgrounds can add a new career skill in the legal arena as medical paralegal specialists, according to Michael Fitch, director of the paralegal program at the college.
