How to Participate
In recent years, the Washington State Bar Association supported Law Week by helping match volunteer attorneys and judges with participating classrooms. The WSBA no longer provides this service because matching works better when it takes place on the local level.
Judges and lawyers who wish to set up a classroom visit can contact their local schools directly. A directory of the state's public schools is located on the website of the Superintendent for Public Instruction. Other information about volunteering in schools is located on the Council on Public Legal Education's website.

Both volunteers and teachers will find useful lesson plans located elsewhere on this website.
