The Board of Bar Examiners prepares the questions and grades the answers for the bar examinations under the direction of the Board of Governors, in accordance with the Admission to Practice Rules as approved by the Supreme Court.
The Board has no unfunded positions and no term limit. Members must attend mandatory training sessions and there are no regular meetings.
