MCLE Credit for Pro Bono Services

MCLE Credit for Pro Bono Services

MCLE credits for all members, except those not yet compliant for the 2013-2015 or earlier reporting period, will automatically migrate to a new MCLE system that took effect Jan. 1, 2016, in alignment with the new rules and will report credits under the new rules.

Under new rules, a lawyer can now earn up to 24 hours of MCLE credits per three-year reporting period for volunteering with a Qualified Legal Services Provide (QLSP).
