MCLE Credit for Pro Bono Services

Admission to Practice Rule 11 and MCLE Regulation 103(f) provide an opportunity for WSBA lawyers to earn up to six MCLE credit hours for performing pro bono or public service.

A lawyer must complete two hours of pro bono approved CLE training through a Qualified Legal Service Provider in order to then report a maximum of four hours of pro bono service. The volunteer work must be performed for a Qualified Legal Services Provider organization for MCLE credit.
