WSBA members must complete the license renewal annually, and must complete a minimum of 45 hours of continuing legal education activities in each 3-year reporting period. Changes to membership status are granted in accordance with the WSBA Bylaws. Annual License Renewal Deadline: February 3, 2014. Log in to myWSBA to view your MCLE record or, starting October 14, to complete your annual license renewal.

In Washington, there are 2 licenses authorizing the limited practice of law by individuals with certain qualifications: Limited Practice Officers (LPOs), under APR 12, and Limited License Legal Technicians (LLLTs), under APR 28.
