Many points in our careers require, even demand, changes in our leadership behaviors, competencies, attitudes, and thinking. With the recent pendulum swing in government leadership, how well we navigate these shifts often determines our ability to thrive in our profession.

Mentorship will bring together a diverse mix of life long career government attorneys who have lived through various leadership changes to provide mentees with tips, guidance and support on how to continue being a successful government attorney.
