Governance Committee
The WSBA Board of Governors established a Governance Committee to oversee the Board’s compliance with its operating framework, structure, and practices and to make recommendations to the Board to improve efficiency and functionality. The Governance Committee’s authority derives solely from the authority of the Board and is limited to the authority granted by the Board of Governors.
