Disciplinary Notices

Jacqueline Kimzey (WSBA License No. 1097LPO, admitted 1989) of Snohomish, voluntarily cancelled her LPO license in lieu of revocation, effective June 22, 2017.  The limited practice officer (LPO) agrees that she is aware of the alleged misconduct in disciplinary counsel’s Statement of Alleged Misconduct and rather than defend against the allegations, she wishes to permanently cancel her license to practice law as an LPO.  The Statement of Alleged Misconduct reflects the following violations of the LPO Rules of Professional Conduct:  1.9 (LPO Duties and Authority are not Delegable) and 1.12A (Safeguarding Property).  Linda B. Eide acted as disciplinary counsel.  Dietrich Biemiller represented Respondent.  See, Kimzey - Voluntary Cancellation in Lieu, for details.
