The Planning Process
The Long-Range Strategic Planning Council establishes and implements the strategic planning process. The WSBA’s strategic goals are renewed on a three-year cycle.
FY 2025 STRATEGIC GOALS
The areas of most urgent focus needed to operationalize the mission, refreshed on a three-year cycle.
GOAL ONE
Study member well-being and expand and improve resources for and assistance to legal professionals and the legal community.
GOAL TWO
Assess technology-related opportunities and threats and determine WSBA’s role vis-a-vis regulation, consumer protection, and support to legal professionals.
GOAL THREE
Improve the experience of belonging among legal professionals and in the community.
GOAL FOUR
Support rural practice and access to justice in small towns and rural parts of the state.
