Disciplinary Advisory Round Table
The Disciplinary Advisory Round Table (DART) acts as a forum for the discussion of issues affecting the lawyer discipline system in Washington State. DART provides an annual report to the Washington Supreme Court and the Board of Governors on the state of Washington’s disciplinary system, including any recommendations for change and the identification of concerns or issues.

Final appointments are made by Board Nominations Committee and approved by the Supreme Court. The term is for 3 years with the opportunity to serve a second consecutive term.
