This program addresses the need for a global venue to adjudicate violations of human rights, a World Court of Human Rights. This court would serve as an independent and authoritative tribunal focused on fundamental justice, particularly for grievances that transcend national boundaries, where local recourse fails, and where no regional human rights system exists. Understand types of cases this court would and would not hear, whom it is meant to serve, and the why of it all.
